• Horse carriage route on S. Presa - a company moved their HQ to S. Presa St, so has been traveling north on S. Presa and S. St. Mary’s Streets
• Increased Trash Cans (S. Alamo Street) - complete?
• Parking enforcement - any progress?

• Looking at either reserve or civilian enforcement
• This will help free up SAPD time to address other issues

• Crosswalks - Claudia St. across St. Mary’s and S. Presa - working on getting a quote for this - quote received yet?
• Carolina Flashing Street Stop Sign at Staffel St. - neighbors come forward who have questions/concerns
• 2025 Scheduled Sidewalk & Street Repairs:

• Delaware and Vance start dates coming soon hopefully for sidewalks.
• W.Carolina and Beiring St., Vance, Delaware all on the list for street repairs in the future.

• 418 Florida Street Property - still working with owner, out of the country, but waiting on the land remediation log so the City can decide what can be done with the land.

• Community Land Trust still an option. (https://www.sa.gov/Directory/Departments/NHSD)
