Our Signature Fall Lamb sandwich
USDA lamb from our ranch, honey-roasted with local juniper berries, served on a freshly baked El Dorado telera roll, with real aioli dressing below and a top-secret creamy, mild jalapeno salsa above, garnished with pickled red onions.
Street tacos
Featuring “birria jalisciense,” the amazing festive chivito preparation from Guadalajara, Mexico, served at high celebrations.
Each taco is served on two mini corn tortillas with a wedge of lime; add spicy red salsa, mild green tomatillo salsa and/or diced cilantro & onion, as you please. Two per serving.
Hamburgers & cheeseburgers
¼ lb Nelson’s beef patty served on a toasted, buttered bun,
with the option of melted cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion
and/or roasted green NM chile, as you like.
Veggie-burgers
For the vegans of the land…King Edwin provides for
all under his reign.
Hot dogs
Served on a bun; part of our children’s meal.
