ENTRÉES

Our Signature Lamb Sandwich Torta

Lamb from our own ranch, honey-roasted and served on a freshly made El Dorado Bakery telera roll, with real mint-aioli dressing below and a top-secret creamy, mild jalapeno salsa above, garnished with pickled red onions.

Street tacos

With two great options: first, “taquitos de discada,” the festive, south of the border Chihuahua blend of meats, vegetables and spices, sauteed in a disk. Second, we offer “taquitos de chorizo y papas.”

Each taco is served on a corn tortilla with a wedge of lime; add spicy red salsa, mild green tomatillo salsa and/or diced cilantro & onion, as you please. Three per serving.

Green chile cheeseburgers

A specially-seasoned ¼ lb beef patty served on a toasted bun,

with the option of melted cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion

and/or roasted green NM Rosales Chile, as you like.

Veggie-burgers

For the vegans of the land…King Edwin provides for

all under his reign.

Hot dogs

Served on a bun; part of our children’s meal.

An amazing beverage from the 1960’s and 70’s. Orange juice, vanilla and cream, served over ice.

Churros madrileños

Real churro pâte chou dough prepared in one of our commercially licensed kitchens, fried fresh, dusted with cinnamon & sugar and served with thick Spanish chocolate dipping sauce. Imagine yourself at a churrería-cafe off the main boulevard in Madrid and enjoy.

New Mexico Ice Cream Sundae

Soft serve ice cream swirled in our own machine, drizzled with fragrant, fuschia-colored prickly pear syrup and sprinkled with toasted piñon nuts. You won’t find this elsewhere.
