Morning and Afternoon Shifts

Shifts that begin between 9:00am-1:00pm will follow normal procedure.

Morning Shifts - Shifts that begin prior to ~9:00AM

• You will be given your equipment the day before.
• All AM (breakfast) shifts will be scheduled to start 20 minutes prior to the meal pick up time. You will be able to clock in at this time.
• You are expected to sign into Onfleet when you clock in. This will allow  Delivery Support to verify that you are on your way to the chef.
• Onfleet tasks must be started prior to arriving at the pick up.
• CLs will need to calculate the drive time themselves as Lish does not know where CLs are driving from.
• CLs should ONLY enter a chef space 5 minutes prior to the pick up time.
• All equipment should be returned to Lish at the employee's next shift. This will usually be the same day.

Afternoon Shifts - Shifts that begin post lunch deliveries. ~1:00PM

• These shifts usually follow normal procedure. There may not be a COA when you get back after your delivery.

• You may be given a key in order to enter and lock up the building. This key needs to be returned on your next shift.

OR

• You will keep your equipment until your next shift.
