- Road is wide enough to accommodate some change without sacrificing parking or inconveniencing motorists

- Prioritize items?
- Striping + Marking improvements.
- Bring markings for bike facilities up to current best-practices (most notably at RIA intersection where NEBT construction completed)
- Half-painted crosswalk
- Parked cars block the crosswalks and is dangerous because pedestrians can’t see or be seen

8. [NOI] Removal of Reserved Residential Parking Spaces
       Â
Â
- This is probably working as intended. People are receiving written notice and there is a sufficient period to challenge it. TAPS probably doesn’t need to be in the loop on this class of NOIs.
9. [NOI] North Cap and Rhode Island

- Left turn onto N Cap may be challenging for trucks w/parking unchanged. Any adjustments to that?
- Red lights may still be broken – can we get ATE?
- Request for more info from DDOT:
- What does this mean for Lincoln Road – will people missing T Street instead try to make a left there?
- Crash + other traffic study documents supporting the NOI
- Metrics for the width of the upper deck northbound on North Cap + T deck
- Concurrently start assembling committee thoughts for a resolution/letter for the NOI to submit to ANC 5F for the October general meeting
- Nick to draft a letter incorporating peoples feedback/thoughts
10. Public Comment
- Open to public comments and suggestions related to the committee's purview
11. Future Agenda Items
- Potential areas of focus:
- Q/R bike supporters to present to TAPS at the November meeting
- TSI support resolutions
- Next meetings agenda scribe: TBD, will put to email
