Reimbursement for ERG Leadership Community Membership

• Week 4: The Success Matrix. You'll master setting and tracking meaningful KPIs, demonstrating the value of your ERG to the organization, and making data-driven decisions to ensure continuous improvement.

Membership also includes a year’s worth of access to cross-company networking sessions, a resource library full of turnkey templates and frameworks, access to fireside chats and more. The cost for the membership is $899 per leader. I'm happy to use my personal L&D budget to cover the cost if the company prefers not to cover the expense directly. If we have five or more leaders interested in joining, we can get a group discount, making it even more cost-effective for [COMPANY].
