• Adding addendum to bylaws for dues requirement upon non-profit start up
• Discussing officership according to bylaws -

• Allowing room for growth
• Initial set-up officer-ships have some leeway in duties

• How are donations and other monies going to be moved around?

• Add to bylaws:

• President and treasurer
• Monthly meetings to discuss monies
• Board approval for anything over $50
• Execution for money moving under $50 doesn’t need board approval

• Bylaws can be adjusted as non-profit grows and members understand what is needed
• Vote bylaws - Tim & Gabie absent for vote
