What can I expect from The Pirates and Rum Experience?

A four part interactive experience based on pirates where you consume 4 signature rum cocktails.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held at an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take around 75 to 90 minutes.

Is it COVID secure and safe?

The experience is designed to be COVID safe.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Yes.

Are there any accessibility options for someone visually impaired?

Unfortunately not.

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

A pre show bar but no food available.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

Yes, the event is seated.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes.

Do I need to wear a mask?

For the safety and comfort of everyone, masks are recommended but not required within the experience for everyone.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive after the show time as well.

What happens if I arrive late?

We will still seat you.

Can I bring animals?

Only service animals.

Are service dogs allowed?

Only service animals.

Is there an age requirement?

21+ with valid ID.

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Yes.

Is there parking available?

There are nearby paid parking lots and parking on site.

What if the weather is bad?

Event is indoors.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

No.

TICKETS

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Yes, if the event is not sold out.

Where can I get tickets?

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Is there a Military discount?

No.

Do we offer carer tickets for free?

No.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Pirates and Rum Experience can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Can I make a Group Booking?

Groups who purchased tickets separately can sit together. Please just make sure you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation time to get seats organized.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
