Controversial Topic Opt-Out Form - All Public Schools

I am writing to ask for an alternative learning environment for my student when certain controversial topics are taught in the classroom. Our family has, and will continue to, address these objectionable topics in an appropriate way at home from the worldview that we share.

We are requesting alternative learning for the student noted above when curricula, books, or instruction covering sexuality education are taught or discussed. I/we are fine with lessons about adolescent development and puberty but do not want our student to receive instruction on the controversial topics of sexuality education.

In support of this I/we would also like to have our student not participate in instruction from any staff or volunteer from Planned Parenthood.
