SETTING UP/CREATING A REVTRAK ACCOUNT

In order to process online fee payments you will require a Revtrak account and an active Infinite Campus parent account

These instructions show you how to setup your Revtrak account.  You will need to have setup your Infinite Campus parent account already.    

If you have not set up your Infinite Campus parent account go do that now.  Instructions on how to setup your Infinite Campus parent account can be found here.  If you do not have an access code to set up your Infinite Campus account contact your school office.

If your Infinite Campus account has been activated follow the steps below to setup and connect your Revtrak account.

Step One - Access The Site 

You can access the Online Fee Portal (RevTrak) by going to: https://wauwatosa.revtrak.net/  or by going to the Wauwatosa District webpage:  http://wauwatosaschools.org and clicking on the Family Resources tab in the main menu at the top of the page, then Forms & Fees, Online Fee Payments.

Step Two - Create Account 

To set up an account click “Login” on the top right of the screen and then “Create New Account” in the window that opens.

The next page is the “Create a New Account” page.  Enter YOUR name, address, phone number, email address, and create a password.  Once you have entered all the required information click “Create Account”.

Step 3 - Define a Payment Method

Once you click on “Create Account” you will return to the Revtrak main screen.  On this page click on “My Account” and then “My Settings” in the top right corner to access your account settings page.  Here you can add/change payment information, update account information and review previous orders.

 On the settings page click on “Add Debit/Credit Card” button (or Echeck if you prefer).

Then on the next screen enter your payment card (or echeck) details.  Once complete click “Continue”.

Step 4 - Connect Your Child

Click the “Home” link on the top right of the screen

Click the “Infinite Campus Fees” pane.

The next page displays a menu item and a statement about the service fee applied to transactions.  Click on “Infinite Campus Fees”.

To link your child you will need to connect your Revtrak account to your Infinite Campus account.  Enter your Infinite Campus username and your child’s birthdate in the format shown and then click “Log In”.
