ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from this event?  

This is a pool party featuring live DJ performances at the outdoor pool. Guests can freely roam indoors and outdoors to enjoy Seymour's Aqua Club, Cave Spa, infinity pool, water plaza, water splash, and more, making it one of the best facilities in the country. There's also an option to include a twin room at the Best Western Premium Hotel.

Where is the experience located?

This outdoor pool is located in Paradise City Cimer, 186, Yeongjonghaeannam-ro 321beon-gil, Jung-gu, Incheon.

Will the event be held indoors or outdoors?

It will take place at the outdoor pool. In the event of poor weather, the event will be held in the BEACH LOUNGE located on the 4th floor of CHROMA.

How long does the experience last?

The event runs for 6 hours, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., and includes complimentary admission to Chroma Club (located on the 2nd floor) following the Cimer Pool Party. Chroma Club will remain open until 6 a.m. the next day.

Can I purchase food or drinks at the event?

You can order a variety of food, cocktails, drinks, and more.

What are the shuttle bus boarding locations and operating hours?

Is there parking available?

When you purchase your ticket, you will receive complimentary parking for 7 hours.

Is there a dress code?
General apparel and accessories other than swimwear (including rash guards) are not permitted when entering the pool area.

ABOUT TICKETS

Where can I purchase tickets?

Will I be able to purchase tickets on site?

We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer tickets to another Fever account at no additional cost. Simply click "Transfer Ticket" in the Tickets section of the Fever app. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us with your ticket ID.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

Your tickets will be available 7 days before the experience in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, so don’t worry if you can’t access them beforehand.

If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Are refunds and exchanges allowed?

Refunds and exchanges are not available on the same day of the experience. If you need assistance with this, please contact us. For more information, you can refer to our T&C.

Can I make a group booking? 

If you would like to book for a large group, please reach pcitychroma@naver.com with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

Do you offer press passes?

If you would like a press pass, please reach pcitychroma@naver.com.

ADMISSION

What time do I need to arrive?

Please arrive by 6 p.m. for entry. The event hours are from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Are pets allowed? Are guide dogs allowed?

Pets and guide dogs are not allowed.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Due to safety reasons related to the swimming pool, the experience is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and would recommend you take a look at other experiences in your city.

Are there any prohibited items?

To ensure water quality, fire safety, and a pleasant environment, the following items are prohibited:

Prohibited items

Weapons, drugs, professional cameras, video cameras, alcoholic beverages, all food (including bread and sweets), hazardous materials such as explosives, flammable substances, fireworks, firearms, drones, flying objects, other wheeled devices, tampons, eye drops, and any items you are legally prohibited from possessing.

Permitted items

Water and special diet plans for patients (if stored in plastic, airtight containers).

Illegal items (weapons, drugs, etc.) will be confiscated at the security check upon entry and may result in legal penalties.

Can I smoke or vape?

Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas at Cimer.

Is the venue accessible to people with visual and hearing impairments?

Due to safety reasons related to the swimming pool, the experience is not suitable for people with visual and hearing impairments. We are doing our best to make all our experiences inclusive and would recommend you take a look at other experiences in your city.

Are there strobe lights?

This event won't include strobe lights.

 

Are there sitting areas or chairs available at the event?

If you purchase a sun bed, you can sit and relax.

Will restrooms be available on site?

This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.

Can I take photos or videos during the event?

Photography is prohibited inside locker rooms, including the use of cell phones. Outside of locker rooms, photography is allowed provided it does not disturb others. However, professional equipment, tripods and commercial filming are not permitted.

Is there a lost and found?

We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at pcitychroma@naver.com.

 

Do you offer lockers?

Lockers are available, but in limited quantities.

Is there an age requirement?

You must be 19 years of age or older (born before December 31, 2005) and bring a government-issued photo ID for verification. Acceptable forms of ID include a national ID card, passport, driver's license, or alien registration card, which must display both your photo and date of birth.
