Monday cleaning: Arrive around noon on the Monday of TEC weekends and ask the cooks and wheat directors how you can help wrap things up from the weekend. Possible jobs may include cleaning bathrooms, doing dishes, sweeping and mopping, vacuuming, moving supplies back to the TEC closet, etc. Contact Julie Lagree at 812-630-0174 for additional details.

Sponsor team/participants: When participants or team members would like to be involved in TEC, they sometimes do not have the funds to support that desire. If you would like to be on a list of fourth day members that can be called upon to sponsor a participant please click on this link. For more information, please email tec@evdio.org. Possible fund requests may be $50 for TECite fees, $40 for Team fees, or some amount for gas money to help team members to commute to and from formations.
Support Flocknote: We are now using Flocknote for communication within TEC. Many of our young people do not use email, so they lose contact with TEC after their weekend. Flocknote is a youth protection friendly, safe, effective method of communication used by many parishes. However there is a substantial monthly fee, and we would appreciate any support we can get on this to allow us to help our young people continue to build community and grow closer to Christ. Food for weekends/follow-ups: If you would like to be placed on a list of people who may be called to donate food for TEC weekends or follow-up gatherings, please sign up by clicking this link. In the past individuals, families, and businesses have donated produce such as eggs or garden veggies, meat, part of or all of a meal, bread, soups, baked goods, snack foods, etc. For more information, please email tec@evdio.org.
Tables for St. Mary’s: Each TEC weekend the team breaks down and moves old heavy chipcore tables around to accommodate the TEC weekend, and we pray that no one breaks a back, toe, or table in the process. Luckily no toes or backs have been broken, but some of the tables have not been so lucky. We, as a TEC community, would like to gift St. Mary’s with new tables to thank them for allowing us to use their facilities and to reduce our safety risks on the weekends. The tables St. Mary’s prefers are a bit pricey, so this is a rather daunting ambition and we would appreciate any help we can get.
