External Scholarships for Study Abroad
Students are encouraged to use the external scholarship list below to research external funding opportunities that meet their needs for study abroad.

Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship | Undergraduate | U.S. Citizen | Up to $5,000 | Must be receiving a Federal Pell Grant or proof that student will be receiving Pell Grant. Preference for students from diverse ethnic backgrounds, students with high financial need, with disabilities, or studying in non-traditional countries or in fields of study underrepresented in study abroad. Over 2,700 scholarships of up to $5,000 are available. |

The scholarship may be used for tuition, room and board, books, or travel. Funds will be sent directly to the winner's study abroad program or university.
