Staff Rules

• If Accepted as a Staff Member for VENT you can NOT give out Roles or Remove Roles without a Valid Reason.
• Can only Kick/Ban someone if you have a Valid Reason.
• Must be on Discord at least 2 Days a Week.

• If you have School or Work you are Excused from this but MUST be on Discord at least 1 Day a Week.

• Staff will be Staff in all VENT Servers.

• You will be Trained on how to handle situations on each server.

• Staff will NOT have the ability to Whitelist Players on Whitelisted Servers. Only the Owner will have that ability.
• Must follow the Chain of Command.

• Unless you are Handling a Severe Situation.

• Must Treat everybody Equal & with Respect.
• If you don’t like another Staff Member just put up with them even though you might not want to.
• If you're going to be gone longer than 2 Weeks you need to fill out a LOA Form.
• Must stay up to date with all of our Rules.

• Announcements will NOT be posted every time a Rule has been Changed.

• Must be Active within the Community.

• Unless you are on LOA.

• Can NOT remove Punishments from Players that were handed out by someone higher than you.
• No trying to recruit Members from our Community to join another Community/Clan.
• Certain Staff Members will have the ability to Approve/Disapprove Applications.
• Staff Members are allowed to be in another Community that has the same Games that we have but:

• If they have a FiveM Server you must follow below:

• Not allowed to be a Staff Member for their Server.
• Not allowed to be a Whitelisted Job like Policing & Fire/Rescue.
• You are allowed to be a Civilian or a Civilian related Job.

How to Follow the Chain of Command & Notes

• Regular Staff Members will go to Head Staff Members if they are Online. If not Online they will go to the Owner.
• Each Staff Member has their own Jobs to take care of but can help other Staff Members out if they Ask &/or Allow you to help them.
