Unless otherwise stated all auction vehicles are sold with Certificates of Lien Sale from the State of nevada. The Department of motor Vehicles will mail the vehicle title directly to you. Sale documents will be processed with the information supplied to us, usually with your driver's license. If you intend to make a purchase(s) on behalf of another party, please also register with a separate bid number having their correct name and address.

The buyer has three (3) business days to complete the purchase and remove the car purchased. A storage fee of $40 per day will be added to any vehicles not paid for and removed after the sale. Credit Card payments may be made on the date of sale only. CASH and debit cards are always accepted.

Once you have registered and received a bidder number you accept legal responsibility to pay for any vehicle purchased.

Name Changes: If after the paperwork is completed you request that the registration papers be put in someone else's name, there will be a $25.00 charge. All paperwork will be mailed to Carson City within 30 days to process.

Bidding: The minimum bid is $200 unless otherwise stated at time of auction. Deposit of $100 is due at time of winning bid. Only Cash is accepted for the deposit.

Keys: We do not furnish keys with a vehicle. Keys are made in advance when possible to give you a better perspective on the condition of the vehicle. The cost of those keys are passed on to you at the time of the vehicle purchase. While the majority of keys are $50, Specialty keys are higher (ex Chip Keys). If a key has been made for the vehicle it will be added to the cost of purchase in addition to the bid amount. No exceptions.

Las Vegas Metro PD: Once the vehicle is removed from property, you assume full responsibility for the vehicle. It is illegal to park an unregistered vehicle on public streets and you may receive a ticket from Metro if you do so. Should Metro request information on who bought the vehicle from us, your name and address will be supplied as required by law.

Purchases: All vehicles must be paid in full and removed from the premises no later than 3 working days after the end of auction (ex: by Wednesday for a Saturday Auction) unless prior arrangements have been made. Any vehicle(s) not removed within this time frame will again become the property of the towing company, and all monies paid toward the purchase of said vehicle will be forfeited. No refunds. OPTIONALLY: We will deliver the vehicle to your location of choice within the Las Vegas Valley (10mile limit) for an additional $50 if you prefer.

Sales Tax: A sales tax of 8.25% is required to be collected on all purchases.

Titles: Lien Sale packets are mailed directly to Carson City Department of Motor Vehicles. The DMV will mail you the new title. This process will cost you an additional $29.25 per vehicle purchased as required by the great state of Nevada.

Warranties: While we try to let you be aware of what we find wrong with the vehicle, we are not mechanics and do not claim to be. All vehicles are offered "AS IS" / "WHERE IS" and become the property and responsibility of the bidder at the time of sale. No warranties or guarantees, express or implied are made by auctioneers concerning accuracy of description or condition of vehicles. If you would like the vehicle inspected, please invite your mechanic, or request one during the viewing period.

The auctioneer has final decision on awarding all bids.

PD del metro de Las Vegas: una vez que el vehículo se retira de la propiedad, usted asume la responsabilidad total del vehículo. En caso de que Metro solicite información sobre quién nos compró el vehículo, se le proporcionará su nombre y dirección según lo exige la ley.

Compras: todos los vehículos deben pagarse en su totalidad y retirarse de las instalaciones a más tardar 3 días hábiles después del final de la subasta (por ejemplo, el miércoles para una subasta de sábado) a menos que se hayan hecho arreglos previos. Garantías: aunque tratamos de hacerle saber lo que encontramos mal con el vehículo, no somos mecánicos y no pretendemos serlo.
