Who is Covered?
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser at the time of sale (a receipt must be shown in purchaser’s name).
What is Covered?
Q. Design warrantees our custom products for 1 year from time of delivery. If your product has a defect or has become defective and is noted by the purchaser within 1 year of sale we will repair or replace the product at our expense (client is responsible for delivery of product back to us).
What is Not Covered?
Q. Design will not assume responsibility damage due to normal wear and tear or any damage or loss caused by accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse or extraordinary use, exposure to salt air, insect damage, improper installation, use with unauthorized accessories, and cleaning or other maintenance.
All fabrics will gradually lose color intensity after extended exposure to the sun.
Prolonged periods of direct sunlight may also cause plastics to become brittle and discolored.
Any color loss or slight differences in color between products is due to either sun exposure or dyelots at time of manufacture and is considered normal in custom fabrics.
How Will We Correct Defects?
If a Q. Design product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the product, at our discretion, without charge. If the product is discontinued, we reserve the right to replace the defective item with the closest equivalent product.
Who is Responsible?
In the event we are replacing the defective goods, Q. Design will not be liable for costs to remove or transport the product.
How to Process a Warranty Request?
To obtain service under warranty, the purchaser must return the product along with the original invoice/receipt to the dealer. The purchaser will be responsible for shipping and handling costs to transport the product back to Q. Design. Any claims may be sent to our support team - Q2@qdesigncentre.com or 1-905-607-1040. Each case will be looked at individually.
