Please keep in mind that successful completion of treatment does not guarantee that you will be released or that you will receive probation. It is up to you to contact a treatment facility and make the arrangements for treatment. If you are in treatment and have a court date, the treatment facility should fax a report to the probation office and to your attorney. Judge Hopkins almost never approves treatment facilities that do not have professional counselors on staff, so Lighthouse, Freebirds, and Another Chance are not usually approved facilities. Judge Hopkins does not approve Sober Living Houses or Oxford Houses as residential treatment. Sometimes, after in-patient treatment, the Judge will Order or approve continued treatment at one of those places. Approved in-patient facilities include: | GATEWAY 600 W.
