2023-24 School Year

SoWashCo’s 2023-2026, three-year Achievement & Integration plan has 3 overarching goals, focused on student academic access and success, relationships and affirmation of social identities, and community engagement. Each of these three goals include multiple strategies and action steps, and are measured by various Key Indicators of Progress, or KIPs. These KIPs will be used to assess meaningful action and data for each goal, and each goal will be reported on by a composite of each KIP.

Each KIP is assessed differently according to its own custom rubric. Some are 1-3 rubrics, generally KIPs that are more focused on gauging efficacy of implementation of a strategy or action. Others utilize a 1-4 rubric, typically to gauge impact on student achievement.

To determine if each goal is on track, we will use the following rubric:
