Create your Profile

  1. Click on the employer’s tab ( top right of your screen)

  1. Complete all the fields in the Create Employer Account section
  1. Email address
  2. Company name
  3. Phone number
  4. Create password
  5. Confirm password
  6. Company contact
  7. Select business type
  8. Click Register

  1. When you register you will come to the employer profile screen.

( if not go back to drop-down on the top right and you will see options for: dashboard, manage profile, team admin, user settings, or log out)

  1. This is where you can add details of your company, website link for your company, upload company logo, youtube link etc.
  2. The description here is for background info for your company

  1. To purchase a product to post a job. Click Dashboard link at top of your profile. You can also access in top right dropdown where you logged in.

  1. Inside the dashboard, you have a section or “Your active products” you must select Purchase to post a job

  1. Select purchase products. Options will appear and choose the option that is right for your needs.

  1. The page confirms what you are purchasing. Click buy now

  1. Complete Payment via PayPal or Credit Card

  1. The system will confirm your payment and will state that you will receive a confirmation email. This screen also confirms your purchase

  1. View your purchased products. They now show up under your dashboard.

  1. Access to your Receipt is under your purchases. There is a button to download your receipt for record purposes. The system will keep the receipt.

  1. Your Jobs tab will show any job you have posted or will show no jobs posted.

Posting a job

Note: can only post a job after profile creation and purchase of the product.

  1. Access your dashboard

Drop down from top right to access dashboard

  1. Under active products click post a job via this purchase

  1. Complete fields as they relate to your job

Note: The Taxonomies section we are finalizing so you will be able to organize your jobs based on different groupings. This can be updated and changed even after posting creation

  1. Click Preview job button

  1. Click submit

Note: Your job will go live as soon as it is reviewed and approved by NSITE. (same-day approval if during the week)

  1. Once approved you can edit your job by going into your job tab under your dashboard. You also have the option to unpublish.

Note: You can also see how many views you have had of your job in the job statistics

Searching the Profile Database

  1. Click on Browse Profile tab in top navigation bar.

Note: you will only have access to profiles if you have purchased a product.

  1. Refine your search can refine it via the search bar at top of screen or side bar under refine your search. Can search by skills, city, and state. You can also just scroll thru all the profiles one by one

  1. To look at profile Click on name

  1. When you click a contact, a pop-up shows, and you can email directly to job seeker and invite them to apply etc. Fields are prefilled but editable and a message field to craft your message

  1. You can also Click download resume and you get access to the resume

Note: if a job seeker has completed the profile fields it will show next to the composite

Team admin functions

Adding others to your admin team on the job board

  1. Top right under your log in use drop down to access team admin tab

  1. You have the option to invite other team members that can help you manage your employer profile. Click the invite team member button top right of screen

  1. Input their name and email and select role you want them to have as admin or standard.
  1. Admin- ability to manage team member access and delete the employer account plus everything the standard can do
  2. Standard- access to profiles, ability to post jobs, can purchase additional profile access, can export data, edit existing jobs, unpublish job

NOTE: to all if you unpublish a job you will need to contact info@nsite.org to have it republished.

  1. Admin can delete a team member and change them out as needed
  1. Can also resend invite if team member does not receive

  1. Person invited will get invite. It states that they must click the accept invite and set a password

  1. New team members will click accept invitation in the invite
  2. Once they click, they are automatically brought to a password page where they can set their own password for access

Best practices: communicate on how you will manage your accounts between team members.

You can update your email, contact name and password if you want to change it. Then click update user
