THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from Christmas Village?

Christmas Village brings the charm of an authentic German Christmas market to Baltimore and Philadelphia. At this holiday market, local and international vendors in wooden outdoor booths and a large heated festival tent will sell traditional European food, sweets and drinks. They will also offer a great shopping experience with international holiday gifts, ornaments, jewelry and high-quality arts and crafts. The unique atmosphere with thousands of lights and the delicious smell of waffles, gingerbread, bratwurst and mulled wine will bring you and your loved ones into the perfect Christmas mood. Enjoy a beer flight with a pretzel and bratwurst in this festive atmosphere!

Where is the experience located?

Baltimore: The event address is 501 Light Street, Baltimore, MD 21230.

Philadelphia: The event takes place in Love Park and City Hall’s Courtyard & North Broad.

Walk up to Christmas Village’s info booth inside the heated tent for check-in: you’ll receive directions and your vouchers for the beer flight as well as the bratwurst and pretzel.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an outdoor and indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take around 20 to 40 minutes.

Is it COVID secure and safe?

Yes! Patrons are required to wear masks inside the tent, and masks are recommended in the outdoor areas.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Everybody is welcome! Unfortunately we will not have a sign language interpreter on site.

What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?

Visually impaired guests are of course welcome!

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Is there an age requirement?

Since the tastings include alcohol, guests must be 21+.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

Yes, patrons will take a seat in the German-style Beer Garden areas.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes, portable restrooms will be available.

ACCESS

Do I need to wear a mask?  

We highly recommend wearing a mask in the outdoor areas. For indoor areas they are required.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 15 minutes.

What happens if I arrive late?

You might not be seated right away, but of course you can still take part in the tastings.

Can I bring animals?

Sure!

Are service dogs allowed?

Absolutely.

Is there an age requirement?

You must be 21 or older to attend this event – please have your photo ID ready for check-in.

Is the venue ADA compliant?

What if the weather is bad?

In case of bad weather we might cancel the beer flight and give you the chance to reschedule for a different date.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

No.

TICKETS

Where can I get tickets?

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Is there a Military discount?

No.

Do we offer carer tickets for free?

No.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I make a Group Booking?

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

I can’t find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don’t have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
