Dear Prospective Fair Bazaar Concessionaires,
Xavier School Nuvali (XSN) will hold its annual school fair on February 15, 2020 (Saturday), from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Through the bazaar, we will be able to raise a substantial amount for the “Damayan Fund” of XSN’s Faculty, Central Administration and Maintenance Personnel Association (FACAMPA) chapter that will aid mentioned members of the school community in times of emergencies and in times of need due to typhoons and other natural calamities. Your participation will be a great contribution to this project of FACAMPA and the school at large. This also further strengthens our call for “cura personalis” (personal care) and “magis” (doing more for God’s greater glory).
WHO CAN SELL?
Bazaar space is available to interested concessionaires except for real estate establishments, tutorial centers, preschools and other related educational learning centers.
WHAT NOT TO SELL?
Concessionaires are NOT ALLOWED to sell ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
COST and OTHER DETAILS:
Booth fee is P2,000.00 for the whole day. This allows the concessionaires to use 9 x 8 ft space with provision for electricity (upon request), 1 long table (6.7 x 2.5 ft) and three (3) monobloc chairs. This also includes entrance tickets for two (2) persons who will be manning the booth.
PROCEDURE:
If you are interested in securing a bazaar space, please fill out the BAZAAR CONCESSIONAIRE APPLICATION FORM or secure a copy at Window 3 (Cashier Window), Central Administration Building and look for Mrs. Jo-Ann Bacani.
Fill out the form properly and completely with a detailed and specified items and price list. This will be used to compare items with other concessionaires. Identical items with other concessionaires who submitted their application form earlier will be cancelled from your list.
First-come, first-served basis. ALL APPLICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY THE FAIR BAZAAR COMMITTEE. You will be notified by email of the approval of your application. Please pay the fee at the Accounting Office upon approval of the application form. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS.
The Fair Bazaar Committee expects all concessionaires to provide quality products, reasonable prices, honest transactions, and good customer service. The Fair Bazaar Committee will not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of a concessionaire’s merchandise. Concessionaires are encouraged to take all the necessary precautions to ensure that the goods or merchandise are carefully guarded against theft and/or damages.
Please note the application period: 6 January 2020 (Mon) to 31 January 2020 (Fri)
We will only entertain walk-in application from Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (with lunch break) and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 11:00 am.
