Are refunds allowed? 

No refunds are allowed unless a flexible refund ticket has been purchased (see below). Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please contact us here directly to change your ticket.

What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?

The flexible refund ticket allows you to ask for a full refund in case you decide not to attend the experience.

When can I return my ticket?

You return your flexible refund ticket with a full refund if you contact us requesting it up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.

What documents do I have to present to receive my refund?

No documentation is needed to claim your refund.

How do I request my refund?

Please contact us here directly to refund your ticket.

General Questions

When should I arrive? 

The concert will be 1 hour long. The doors open 1 hour before your scheduled show time. It is suggested to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time as it is first come first serve seating within your zone. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once the performance starts. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.

Can I bring in my own food and drink?

No outside food or drinks are allowed.

Are food and drink available? 

Non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (beer & wine) will be available for additional purchase. We encourage guests to arrive early to enjoy drinks in the gathering room. No beverages are permitted in the music hall. 

Do I need to wear a mask? 

We encourage all attendees to wear masks during the experience and will have them available if needed.

Can I bring animals? 

No animals are allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us directly at hello@feverup.com if you plan to bring a service animal. 

Do I need to print my ticket? 

You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue. 

Is there an age requirement? 

Must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 

Is there parking available? 

There is complimentary parking available onsite.

Are photos and videos allowed to be taken during the performance?

No photography or video of any kind is permitted during the performance except for the last song. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event? 

No tickets are available at the event for purchase. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

Are the candles flammable?

No, for the safety of our audience, all of the candlelight will be provided through flameless candles.
