• Take pie out of the freezer, remove all packaging, leaving the pie in the tin.  
• Place pie on a foil lined baking pan (there can be spill over so make for easier clean up)  Leave on the counter to allow it to start to defrost.
• Set oven Temp to 350°F/175°C - Let the oven warm up for 15-20 minutes. Once at temp, place pan and pie in the oven
• Bake for 25-35 minutes till the edges are a deep golden brown.
• Enjoy the pie, remember the filling will be hot, be careful.

Baking  5”  Pies

• Take pie out of the freezer, remove all packaging, leaving the pie in the tin.  
• Place pie on a foil lined baking pan (there can be spill over so make for easier clean up)  Leave on the counter to allow it to start to defrost.
• Set oven Temp to 375°F/190°C - Let the oven warm up for 15-20 minutes. Once at temp, place pan and pie in the oven
• Bake for 30-45 minutes till the edges are a deep golden brown. It may be longer depending on your oven. Internal temperature should be 140° or above
• Enjoy the pie, remember the filling will be hot, be careful.

• Take Galette out of the freezer, remove all packaging
• Place pie on a foil lined baking pan (there can be spill over so make for easier clean up)  Leave on the counter to allow it to start to defrost.
• Set oven Temp to 375°F/190°C - Let the oven warm up for 30 minutes. Once at temp, place Galette in the oven
• Bake for 30-35 minutes till the edges are a deep golden brown.
• Enjoy the Galette, remember the filling will be hot, be careful.
