Terms & Conditions

The Programmes (“Course” or “Programme”) are provided by Future Khulafa (“we”, “us” or “our”) and are conducted at 1 Tampines North Drive 1, T-Space #08-44 / #09-44, Singapore 528599 (“Centre”).

1. ENROLMENT

Enrolment must be done via online submission of a registration form. You will receive your registration information and payment advice by email within 48 hours.

Enrolment and class placement are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon full payment of all applicable fees by the due date as indicated in the invoice

All fees are generally payable in full before attendance for the first lesson is permitted. For Programmes that are split into multiple terms, fees must be paid in full by the due date as indicated on the invoice.

All personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2021 (“PDPA”). Please refer to our Data Protection Notice for further details.

During registration, we will collect the following information as required for record-keeping purposes:

  1. Full name and the last 4-characters of NRIC/FIN of the Applicant (“Applicant”)
  2. Full name and the last 4-characters of Birth Certificate Number of the child to be enrolled (“Child”)
  3. Child’s gender
  4. Child’s date of birth
  5. Relationship between Child and Applicant
  6. Email address
  7. Mobile Number
  8. Residential Address

The following information are also collected but optional to be supplied by the Applicant:

  1. Personal details of a 2nd Applicant
  2. Child’s current school, if applicable
  3. Details of any medical condition, food or drug allergies, learning difficulties or any other information for Future Khulafa to pay attention to
  4. Names, last 4-characters of NRIC(s) or FIN(s) and contact numbers of additional persons authorised to pick up the Child from our Centre

Incomplete or inaccurate information submitted may result in delays in processing your application.

Enrolment must be confirmed within 2 weeks of submitting the registration form. There is strictly no reservation of class placement or time slots.

We reserve the right to deny enrolment to any student for any reason.

2. CONTINUATION

For continuation in the Programme for the following term, a payment advice will be issued before the of the current term to ensure the Child’s place in the same class. Payment must be made by the due date as indicated on the invoice to confirm the continuation.

We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw the Child’s enrollment and release the Child’s place in the class to other students if we do not receive your confirmation of continuation.

3. CLASS FORMATION

Generally, a minimum number of students is required to form and start a new class. The number may vary according to the type of Programme.

If the minimum number of students is not met to form a new class, we will advise alternate available class timings. If alternate class timings are not suitable, a full refund will be provided.

If the number of students falls below 3 during re-enrolment of the following term, we will advise alternate available class timings for the immediate following term . If alternate class timings are not suitable, a refund will be provided prorated for the remaining number of lessons.

4. MISSED LESSONS

Unless explicitly stated, there is strictly no make-up or replacements for lessons missed by the student for any reason, which includes absence due to medical reasons/check-up/vaccination, stay-home notice, quarantine order, preschool/school events, birthday parties, family events, wedding events, travelling or any other personal reasons.

There is no refund or pro-ration or carrying-forward of fees paid for lessons missed for any reason. This is because the Child’s place in the class has been reserved for the entire term upon confirmation, and our obligations to conduct lessons to the rest of the class continue to be fulfilled.

5. CLASSROOM RULES

A) No Admittance Except Staff in the Centre

To ensure safety of our students and the cleanliness of our premises, only the registered Child is allowed inside the Centre. No other persons, including accompanying parents or siblings, may be allowed except with our explicit written permission.

B) Health

It is the parents’ and guardians’ responsibility to monitor the health of their Child. If the Child or his/her family members are unwell that day, we ask that the Child not attend the lesson.

For the well-being of all students in the Centre, we will conduct temperature checks upon attendance taking. If the Child’s temperature is at or above 37.5°C or found to be unwell and not deemed to be fit to attend the lesson, we shall reserve the right to refuse entry into the Centre or to ask to leave the lesson immediately.

No make-up lesson will be offered as it is everyone’s social responsibility to ensure a safe environment for all.

For general hygiene purposes, students are highly encouraged to wear socks within the Centre’s premises at all times.

Masks should be worn if a Child is displaying mild symptoms of cough or runny nose, but is otherwise fit to attend lessons.

C) Class Behaviour

For the benefit of all other students attending the lesson, any Child found to be disruptive during the lesson shall be asked to step out of the classroom until the Child is calm enough to resume the lesson.

As Future Khulafa is not responsible for the behaviour of any Child in class, there is no make-up or compensation for any Child missing part or even the entire lesson for any behavioural reason, such as not being able to enter the classroom or being disruptive and asked to leave the classroom.

If a Child is continually disruptive, we shall reserve the right to terminate the Child’s registration in any enrolled Programmes. Refunds, if applicable, shall be according to our policy as described in Clause 7.

D) Copyright & Privacy

Strictly no electronic recording of lessons or photo taking in any format is allowed at all times during lessons and within the centre’s premises because of copyright issues and privacy concerns of other parents, students and staff.

We reserve all rights on the lesson materials. No copying, reproduction and resale of any materials is allowed.

E) Punctuality

Lessons will commence punctually at the scheduled lesson time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled lesson time for your Child to settle into the classroom environment.

As Future Khulafa is not responsible for any student’s punctuality, there is no compensation for missing part of the lesson due to turning up late.

The Child must be picked up on time at the end of the lesson. A late fee of $10 per block of 10 minutes may apply for picking up the Child late. We are not responsible for looking after the Child after the lessons have ended.

F) Food & Drinks

There is strictly no food and drink, except plain drinking water, permitted during lessons in the classrooms and in the premises of the Centre at all times.

G) General Behaviour

We will not condone any form of physical or verbal abuse or harmful action from any person towards any other person within the Centre, including all students, parents and our staff.

Should any incident come to our attention which we feel does not adhere to our Centre values, we reserve the right to request those involved to leave the premises immediately, terminate the enrolment or lodge a police report.

6. WITHDRAWAL

To withdraw from a confirmed enrolment, please provide a written notice of a minimum of fourteen (14) days to us by emailing hello@futurekhulafa.com.

The Last Day of Lesson in the Programme for the child being withdrawn shall be 14 days from the Notice Date or the last lesson of the Term, whichever is earlier.

If the notice of withdrawal is not provided to us before the end of the current term, we reserve the right to charge the relevant fees for the subsequent term.

Upon confirmation of a withdrawal, the Child’s place in the class will be released immediately after the Last Day of Lesson.

7. REFUND POLICY

Refunds due to withdrawal from a Programme are subject to management’s approval, considered on a case-to-case basis.

If the request is made more than 7 days before the commencement of a Programme, the refund amount shall be subject to 100% of the Programme Fee, Materials Fee and Delivery Fee paid. The Registration Fee is non-refundable.

If the request is made 7 days or less before the commencement of the Programme, the refund amount shall be subject to 90% of the Programme Fee paid. Other fees, namely the Registration Fee, Materials Fee and Delivery Fee, are non-refundable.

If the request is made after the Programme has started, the refund amount shall be subject to:

  1. 50% of the Programme Fee prorated for the remaining lessons after Last Day of Lesson, and
  2. An Administrative Fee of $20.
  3. Other fees, such as Registration Fee, Materials Fee and Delivery Fee, are non-refundable.

If the Last Day of Lesson coincides with the last day of the current term, there shall be no refunds, and no Administrative Fee shall be payable.

Some Programmes, such as holiday workshops and those done in collaboration with third-party providers, may not allow refunds in part or in full. Please refer to the refund clause on the registration form for such Programmes.

8. NON-DEFERMENT

Deferment of lessons after an enrolment has been confirmed is not allowed, or after the term has started.

9. NO CHANGE OF LESSON DAY/TIMING

There is generally no change of lesson day/timing after the term has started.

Requests to change the day/timing can only be made to us in writing, and is subject to availability.

10. NON-TRANSFER

There is strictly no transfer of a Child's place to another child after the term has started.

There is strictly no sharing of the same single slot between twins or 2 or more different children.

11. MANDATORY CLOSURE OR SUSPENSION OF LESSONS AND ONLINE LESSONS

In situations where there should be a Circuit Breaker, mandatory closure of the Centre or suspension of lessons by the authorities, we will transition to online lessons for students in all Programmes.

With the transition to online lessons, we will not accede to requests to defer lessons until physical lessons can resume or to withdraw immediately. There will not be any refund or discount on Programme Fees.

We reserve the right to revise the lesson calendar after the mandatory closure of the centre or suspension of lessons. No compensation of any form will be offered for changes in the term schedule due to the unforeseen circumstances.

12. INDEMNITY

We will not be held responsible or liable for any injury, loss or property, or other damage that may be caused to, or suffered or sustained by the Child and/or parent/guardian during their time in the Centre, or in the immediate vicinity.

13. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to amend the fees and term structure or any of the above Terms & Conditions from time to time as deemed appropriate.

14. MEDIA RIGHTS

You give consent to us using your and/or your Child's work, photographs, audio/visual recordings and other material for internal quality checks, internal training and publicity purposes, including in print and online, whether during the course of your Child's enrolment with us or thereafter.

You can inform us upon registration that you do not consent to you and/or your Child's work, photographs, audio/visual recordings and other material taken in the centre to be used for publicity purposes.

15. ACCEPTANCE

Enrolment in and payment made for a Programme for indicates acceptance of all the above Terms & Conditions.

Any request for concession and/or to deviate from the above Terms & Conditions will not be entertained or responded to.
