General Policy
- Delhi Earth Walks are conducted by Asian Adventures.
- Asian Adventures reserves the right to make changes to the walk destination if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In the unlikely event that Asian Adventures cancels the walk, a full refund of all monies paid will be made or adjusted in the next walk.
- Participants must ensure they are in good health and fit to undertake the walk.
- Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to Asian Adventures at the time of booking.
- Asian Adventures is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by participants during the walk.
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to fellow participants and the local community.
- Asian Adventures reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed unacceptable.
- Asian Adventures is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, etc.).
- In such cases, Asian Adventures will endeavour to make suitable alternative arrangements.
- Asian Adventures may use photographs and videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes.
- Participants who do not wish to be included in such materials must inform us in writing before the walk commencement.
Cancellations and Refunds Policy
- Notice of cancellation must be made in writing directly to Asian Adventures. The charges that will apply are shown below.
- Number of days before the walk commencement Cancellation charge as a percentage of total price inclusive of tax
- Cancellations 2 days or more before the walk: Fully refundable
- Cancellations less than 2 days before the walk: Non-refundable
- No-Shows: If a participant does not show up for the scheduled walk without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
- Participants may request to reschedule their booking up to 2 days before the walk. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- If the walk does not meet the minimum number of participants required to operate, Asian Adventures may cancel the walk and provide a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation.
- We may issue refunds via the original payment method used at the time of booking. Any applicable bank or transaction fees are the responsibility of the participant.
- Asian Adventures may, at its discretion, offer a full or partial refund in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), provided valid documentation is supplied.
- Participants must contact Asian Adventures via email to cancel or reschedule their booking.
