What can I expect from Great Art for Great Kids?
Great Art for Great Kids offers a unique perspective on the most important paintings in history, as translated through the eyes of Thaïs Vanderheyden.
Where will the experience take place?
The exhibition is held at a former mansion on 24 rue de la Colline, situated on the Grand-Place of Brussels.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
The exhibition takes place indoors.
How long does the event last?
The exhibition tour with the audio guide typically takes around 45 minutes to an hour if you carefully examine all the displayed drawings.
Is the venue air conditioned?
There is no air conditioning.
Can I take photos during the experience?
You can take photos and selfies.
Is it possible to purchase food and drink?
There is no food or drink available.
Is alcohol allowed?
No!
Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside.
Is there a cloakroom or lockers?
There are no lockers or cloakrooms.
Are there toilets on site?
Restrooms are available on site.
Will chairs be available during the experience? Will there be places to sit?
Chairs are available for visitors to rest during the visit.

What is the minimum age requirement?
The exhibition is open to all ages. However, the content only becomes really interesting for children from 7 years old.
How far in advance do I need to arrive at the venue?
Time slots are assigned to visitors to keep waiting times to a minimum.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive late, we will do our best to offer you a new time slot. We advise arriving early!
Are animals allowed?
Pets are not permitted.
What should I do if I have questions about accessibility/special arrangements?

Are wheelchairs available for rent?
Unfortunately, the space is not wheelchair accessible. The exhibition is spread over 3 floors and there is no elevator.
Are guide dogs allowed?
The spiral staircase is not very accessible for guide dogs.
Can I get there on public transport?
"Bruxelles Midi" station is located a few hundred meters from the exhibition.
Is there a parking lot nearby?
The "Grand Place" parking lot is close by.

Where can I buy tickets?
Who are the official ticket sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for this experience can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other websites or ticket offices.
What are the different ticket and price options?
Tickets can be purchased on site subject to availability. However, these are more expensive so we recommend buying tickets online in advance. This way, entry is guaranteed.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. Terms and conditions of non-refundability are agreed upon prior to purchase. In specific circumstances, we can help you change your tickets to another date and session, subject to availability. Please contact us for more information. Please remember to provide us with your ticket ID.
Should I print my ticket?
No, your e-tickets will be validated directly from the Fever app.
Do you offer preferential rates for groups that are not schools?
Group prices can be found on the website and the Fever website.

Should I wear a mask?
It is not currently necessary to wear a mask. If the government guidelines change, use of masks may become necessary.
Can I take photos or film the experience?
Feel free to take photographs or record videos during your visit.

Admission to the exhibition is free for registered press cardholders.
