Matter

The three states of matter are solids, liquids and gases.

Firstly the first state of matter is solid.

Solids do not flow. Here are

Some examples. Study table, sugar cube,

and ice. But when the ice melts it turns into water. And everything around you is made of matter. Some solids dissolve. A solid can be measured in different ways.

Secondly the second state of matter is liquid. Liquid is when it moves around a little bit. Liquid can be measured in different ways. When you put a glass into the microwave, and the air pressure gets too hot, the glass melts.

Thirdly the third one is gas. Gas is oxygen  that you breathe in. It takes up a lot of  space. You can not see it.

These are the three forms of matter.
