Hello! This is Joe Stanislao, Principal of Roy School, with our Roy School Messenger for the week of September 17th.

We are more than halfway through the first quarter. If you have any concerns about your child’s performance, please contact your child’s teacher. The Standards Based Report Card can be checked online through the parent portal. If you need help accessing the parent portal, please contact the office. We want to make sure we are working together to help our students be successful.

During morning arrival, students who walk or ride the bus can use doors, 22 and 24 in the front of the school. Students who get dropped off should use the student walkway on Lyndale and enter the building in the back of the school using door 17. We don’t want students entering the building using door 1 as the office is very busy during morning arrival. If students come to school after 9:00 a.m., they need to enter the building using door 1. Thank you for your understanding.

Parents, if you would like to receive a free ecopy of Victor Pacini’s Be seen and Heard book, please log onto our d83.org website, go to the Parents tab, click on Forms, Information & Links and then scroll down to the Erin’s Law links. This is a great resource, so please check it out!
