‼️ BIG NEWS - WE’RE MOVING!

YES, it is true, we are moving away from Topanga in order to be with our daughter in Berkeley.

—she's having a baby May 1st!

—our Movers arrive February 19!

AHHHHHH!!!!

WE CAVED

We never, Never, NEVER thought we’d leave Topanga, but when our daughter hinted that she’d like us up north…

…and our 2-story house with its nasty-ass steep driveway got harder and harder…

RETIREMENT 2.0

Our new home is in the North Hills of Berkeley, with a view of nearby Tilden Park. It’s one-story and the mailbox is at the same altitude as the front door.

STUCK WITH US THANKS TO THE INTERNET

But before you start thinking you can slack off in the Emergency Preparedness Dept, think again.

After 30+ years living here, Topanga is Family too and so there is no escaping us.

I will still relentlessly publish my Newsletter, wrangle Helping Hearts, and share my Jane Jingles - just remotely, while joyfully helping raise a baby woman!

MISSING TOPANGA ALREADY

Although the recent Stormzilla has left us with a little less Topanga, I cry a little every day when I look out at the peaceful hilly view that we’re leaving. But I KNOW you’ll all send us photos.

—some with mud, perhaps, but just sayin’…
