Working with the Food Industry to Reduce Dependence on Animal Ingredients

Efforts by the animal rights movement to influence policies of food companies have so far, and very successfully, been focused on improving the living standards of animals kept for food. Emerging markets for vegan products and ingredients open up exciting new opportunities for campaigns with a different goal: to increase the availability of vegan food or to get rid of animal ingredients altogether. In this presentation, we will discuss opportunities, strategies and goal-setting for optimal effectiveness in vegan corporate outreach campaigns.
