What can I expect from Sinister Saloon: Night of the Krampus?

Enter the Sinister Saloon: Night of the Krampus, a uniquely twisted theatrical cocktail séance nestled within one of Hollywood's most haunted locales. Embark on a 2.5-hour journey through a world of themed elixirs, venture into the shadowed corners, bear witness to the Madam's haunting cabaret show, and delve into the tortured secrets of the lost souls ensnared within the Sinister Saloon. This holiday season, brace yourself for the arrival of Krampus, the yuletide demon, as he descends upon this Western saloon, adding a chilling twist to your holiday festivities.

The event will take place at Sassafras Saloon Hollywood.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The experience will be held in an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The experience will last 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Light food, beverage, and dessert options will be available for purchase on-site.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

Seating is first come, first serve.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Restrooms are available on site.

Are there vegan or gluten free options available?

Vegan food / desserts are available at all show dates.

Do I need to wear a mask?  

Masks are welcome. We will follow any state/local mandated guidelines for your safety.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.

What happens if I arrive late?

We recommend arriving at your stated time to ensure that you are able to get the full experience.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, please leave the critters at home.

Is there an age requirement?

Guests must be 21+ to attend.

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Yes, the venue is ADA compliant.

Is there parking available?

Street parking is available.

What if the weather is bad?

Sinister Saloon is an indoor event.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

No weapons, outside food, flash photography, alcohol, or anything which may disturb the other patrons.

TICKETS

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

To better speed up the check-in process, tickets must be purchased ahead of time.

Where can I get tickets?

• On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store
• On the Fever website

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Sinister Saloon: Nights of the Krampus can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Can I make a Group Booking?

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
