Buffalo “Chicken” Dip
Ready in 60 minutes
Serves 7-8 people
Ingredients
- 5 OZ CREAM CHEESE
- 2 CUPS OF YOUR FAVORITE SHREDDED CHEESE
- 1/4 CUP SOUR CREAM OR GREEK YOGURT
- 2 CANS (15OZ) CANNELLINI BEANS
- 3/4 CUP HOT SAUCE
- .5 CUPS GREEN ONIONS
- .5 CUPS CHOPPED RED ONION
- 1/4 CUP CILANTRO
- 2 TBSP GARLIC POWDER
- 2 TBSP BLACK PEPPER
- 1 TBSP SALT
Preparation
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
- GREASE A 8X8 PAN WITH BUTTER OR OIL
- IN A BLENDER OR FOOD PROCESSOR BLEND 1 CAN OF BEANS, CREAM CHEESE, SOUR CREAM, AND HOT SAUCE UNTIL SMOOTH
- POUR MIXTURE INTO 8X8 PAN
- INSIDE THE PAN WITH HOT SAUCE MIXTURE, WITH A SPOON MIX THE OTHER CAN OF BEANS, RED ONIONS, MOST OF THE GREEN ONIONS (SAVE SOME FOR GARNISH), S&P, GARLIC POWDER, AND 1 CUP OF CHEESE
- TOP OFF PAN WITH 1 CUP OF CHEESE
- BAKE FOR 30-45MINS OR UNTIL TOP LAYER OF CHEESE HAS BROWNED
- GARNISH WITH CILANTRO AND LEFTOVER GREEN ONIONS

Even though I label this dip as vegetarian it is totally possible to make vegan!
