Buffalo “Chicken” Dip

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
  2. GREASE A 8X8 PAN WITH BUTTER OR OIL
  3. IN A BLENDER OR FOOD PROCESSOR  BLEND 1 CAN OF BEANS, CREAM CHEESE, SOUR CREAM, AND HOT SAUCE UNTIL SMOOTH
  4. POUR MIXTURE INTO 8X8 PAN
  5. INSIDE THE PAN WITH HOT SAUCE MIXTURE, WITH A SPOON MIX THE OTHER CAN OF BEANS, RED ONIONS, MOST OF THE GREEN ONIONS (SAVE SOME FOR GARNISH), S&P, GARLIC POWDER, AND 1 CUP OF CHEESE
  6. TOP OFF PAN WITH  1 CUP OF CHEESE
  7. BAKE FOR 30-45MINS OR UNTIL TOP LAYER OF CHEESE HAS BROWNED
  8. GARNISH WITH CILANTRO AND LEFTOVER GREEN ONIONS

Tips

Even though I label this dip as vegetarian it is totally possible to make vegan!
