Regarding the Experience

What can I expect from Chase Sanctuary and Wildlife Conservancy?

What people can expect is to be provided with an immersive wildlife education and experience that leaves visitors in awe of the wildlife they met up close and personal as well as our beautiful Zoological and botanical facility.  Few places can provide the unique animal interactions that we are able to provide due to years of positive reinforcement training with our animals.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

Keeper for a Day takes place in both an indoor and outdoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

Is it COVID secure and safe?
Yes.

Is there air conditioned?
Yes, for all indoor parts of the tour. The outdoor parts are not air conditioned.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Yes.

What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?
 Flat walkways and handicapped bathrooms

Will there be strobe lights?
No

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
There will be only beverages for purchase.

Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Yes, but it depends in which event.

Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes.

Regarding Access to the Event

Do I need to wear a mask?
No.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
People must arrive 15 minutes earlier.

What happens if I arrive late?
You can join your event late.

Can I bring animals?
No.

Are service dogs allowed?
No. The monkeys and lemurs get very stressed by dogs.

Is there an age requirement?
Depending on the experience, 8 years and up.

Is the venue ADA compliant?
Yes.

Is there parking available?
Yes.

What if the weather is bad?
Our events go off in rain or shine.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Any food for the animals not prepared by us. Donated food items get washed and prepared in our kitchen.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?
No.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

No.

Where can I get tickets?
 Tickets are available through Fever platform.

Is there a military discount?
Yes. Just ask for it.

Do I need to print my ticket?
 No need to print — digital tickets shown on your mobile device are accepted.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
 Yes, tickets are transferable. Please contact us with the new guest’s information in advance.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
 Yes, changes can be made depending on availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit.

What are the official sellers for this experience?
 Tickets should only be purchased through our official website.

Can I make a group booking?
Yes.

 No worries! Contact us with your name and booking details, and we’ll resend your ticket.
