Middle School Weekly Update 2/7/2025

Middle school 8th grade students had the opportunity to tour CCTI on Tuesday morning.  The students who attended had expressed their interest in attending CCTI for high school.  These students had the opportunity to learn about the various programs of study that are offered at CCTI.  After their tour they have several days to discuss CCTI with their parents and watch a virtual tour together before having to submit their CCTI applications to the middle school Guidance Department by Wednesday, February 19th.

Mrs. Erica Pagotto volunteered to decorate the bulletin board outside of the main office for the month of February. February is Black History Month and it is a great time to reflect on the famous words of Martin Luther King Jr.  What dreams do you have for your future?

This Friday was SUPER BOWL SPIRIT DAY at the middle school. Students and staff were encouraged to wear either the colors of the Philadelphia Eagles or Kansas City Chiefs, or  wear the colors of their favorite NFL team.  Some students in the middle school will be cheering their favorite team on in the Big Game.  These students were caught hanging out with the referees who called a flag on the play.  Who do you think will win this year’s Super Bowl?  Good Luck to the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs!

February 10-14,  is Random Acts of Kindness Week at the middle school. There will be themed dress down days for the students and staff to find fun ways to remind everyone that it is easy to be kind. Each morning the announcements will include reminders on why it is important to be kind to others.
