VOLUNTEER DESCRIPTION

Volunteer Requirements:
- Arrival: 11:45 – noon
- meals are served at 12:30 P.M. daily
- clean-up begins at 1:15 P.M. /1:30 P.M.
12:00 – 12:30 P.M.
- set-up of round (roll-able tables)
- set-up of foldable chairs – (very lightweight)
- roll silverware into paper napkins
- heat up trays of food that are delivered to VA building - no prep is necessary
- have clients sign-in and seated – greet ☺
Between 12:30 – 1:15
- Serve trays
- Check-in on clients – conversation
1:15 P.M.
- Pull trays from tables
- Wipe-off tables
- Breakdown chairs and tables
- Wash trays and silverware
- rinse (only) steel serving trays
- clean-off counters
- sweep floor
- mop floor
- take out trash
