How do I sign up for a BNT Membership?

To sign up to Ballarat National Theatre, follow the direct registration link from our membership website. If you can’t find this link, simply head to the BNT’s Hello Club login portal and click on the Sign up now link that shows up underneath the login buttons.

Agree to the Code of Conduct

BNT has a Code of Conduct that you need to read and agree to before you can sign up. Please review these conditions and indicate that you have accepted them before you continue.

Select sign up method

The first step in the registration process is to select a sign up method. You can choose to sign up using your Google or Facebook account if you have one. This will simplify the process and will obtain your name and email address so you won’t have to type this in yourself. In addition, it will allow you to use your Google or Facebook account to login to Hello Club, avoiding the need for a username and password.

If you don’t have a Google or Facebook account, or if you prefer to sign up with a username and password, you can select Sign up with email.

Enter your personal details

The next step is to enter your personal details, so that your club knows who you are and how to contact you. Any optional fields are indicated as such and can be skipped.

Add linked members, such as person under 18.

If you are registering as a couple or family, you can add the additional people to the registration in the next step. Simply click on Add member to add more members to your registration, and press Continue when you have added everyone you need.

Select memberships

Membership types and who they are for

Please review all the available membership types and select the one that suits you best. Five year options are available as well. You can also select multiple memberships if applicable, such as if signing up a child or family member attached to your own account. See the general example below.

Agree to the membership conditions

If the memberships you selected have any specific terms and conditions associated with them, you will be asked to agree to these conditions before you can continue.

Enter any additional details

BNT ask you to fill out some additional details. Enter any of these additional details as needed. Non-required fields will be marked as optional.

Setup username and password

If you didn’t select a Google or Facebook account to login with, you will now be prompted to choose a username and password to login with. Please choose a strong password to avoid anyone else guessing your login details.

Wait for approval or login

BNT has an approval process in place for new members. You will receive an email once your registration has been approved. Approvals are processed monthly at BNT board meetings for the previous month. If you miss applying by the board meeting date, you will need to wait until the following month for approval.

Select a payment method

Once you are approved and can sign in, you will be prompted to select your preferred payment method.

Choose how you prefer to pay and whether you’d like to store your card details for any future payments.

Note: All card details are securely processed and stored by our 3rd party payment providers like Stripe. Hello Club does not process or store your card details directly.

Bank transfer is available if you prefer. Please email us to let us know you have transferred the fees so we can confirm it’s arrival and manually log it in Hello Club.
