Indiana Golf Foundation/First Tee - Indiana is committed to respecting the privacy of our donors.

Information Collected:

• name, organization/company, complete address, phone number, email address and any additional information provided when making a donation i.e. donation amount, date of donation, comments, method of payment.
• Information is collected through online donations, online auctions, mail, special events & raffles.

How Information is Used:

• Indiana Golf (or First Tee - Indiana) uses your data to maintain records of donations, send acknowledgments, send newsletters, direct mail pieces, and for internal marketing purposes.
• You are added to our mailing list unless you request otherwise. Our third party mailing service is contractually obligated to treat the lists with confidentiality and is prohibited from transferring them elsewhere.
• Donors are listed in our Annual Report and are not listed in any other publications unless contracted as a corporate sponsor or contacted about our Legacy Fund or Major Gift recognition.
• Credit Card numbers are NOT retained once processed unless you request a recurring gift with your online donation. We maintain PCI compliance.
• We do not share any personal information. No sharing, selling, trading or transferring of your personal information outside of the organization. Use of donor information will be limited for the internal purposes of Indiana Golf (First Tee - Indiana) and to only further the mission. Nevertheless, security measures may not prevent all losses, and Indiana Golf (First Tee - Indiana) is not responsible for any damages or liabilities relating to security failures.
