Initial Criteria that need to be met before the rubric come into play:

This scholarship designated for: Active/Financial undergraduate brothers on all 3 levels of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. (National, Regional, and Chapter); MIP certified; minimum GPA of 2.5 OR a minority male senior graduating from a private or public high school in Springfield, IL., minimum GPA 2.5; and has been accepted  to an accredited college or university.  Applicant has not already received an Eta Psi Sigma chapter scholarship during this application period.
