The emergency shelter program for adults provides shelter and case management services to assist residents in ending their homelessness and attaining their highest level of self-sufficiency.

Calli House
Based in West Contra Costa, is a short-term housing and supportive services program for up to 4 months. It is designed to address the immediate needs of runaway and homeless youth ages 18-24 in Contra Costa County.
Transitional Living Program (TLP)
Provides temporary housing for homeless youth, ages 18-24, for up to two years. The TLP program provides a structured setting in which residents receive guidance with gaining the skills necessary for living independently.
Permanent Connections
Provides subsidized permanent housing and wraparound case management services for homeless youth ages 18-24 living with disabilities.

GRIP provides a safe place that helps those who are unsheltered and in need move toward self-sufficiency.
Services:
Resource Center: : These services include shower and mail services.
CARE Center:: Services include case management, identification card replacement, social security card and birth certificate replacement, assistance,benefit enrollment, shelter placement, housing navigation, mental health services and more.

Services:
Trinity Center serves meals, provides shower and laundry facilities, clothing and food pantry, access to mail and phone. Staff members post job opportunities and assist with locating County resources that address addiction and other challenges. Clients are connected to ongoing benefits such as medical, SSI/SSDI, housing resources, and Cal Fresh (Food Stamps). The fellowship of sharing meals, substance use support groups, and helping others similarly distressed are the softer side of this vibrant program. Trinity Center is a safe place to be off the street.
