Your contract should include:

- Preferred tool(s)
- Working meetings
- When

- Common document location and version rules
- Problem resolution
- Specific steps for identifying a problem and communicating it among team members
- Steps for conflict resolution (how to fix the problem)
- Overall Expectations
- Performance level (grade/outcome objective)
- Participation (engagement) distribution
- Contribution (workload) allocation
- Team Member Evaluation
- Criteria (4-6 criteria and their definitions), such as:
- How will your team define success at the end of the project?
- Name specific criteria and define them so everyone knows what is expected.
- At the end of the semester, you’ll evaluate each one of your team members on these criteria.
