Teacher’s Availability (pushed out to students via email, Seesaw or Google Classroom)

Both Seesaw (K-2) and Google Classroom (K-12) are the District-adopted platforms for online learning.
Promising practice is to establish select times during the school day in which students know your availability for real-time learning.
Real-time learning might be online videoconferencing, giving feedback on Google Docs, etc.
If you decide to meet synchronously with your students, via videoconference, you might use Google Meet. You MUST follow Educator Guidelines for Online Interactions with Students.
Use ParentSquare to communicate formally with parents, or feel free to use the parent communication system you’ve already accustomed with your parents (e.g., ClassDojo or Remind).

As always, check with your direct administrator regarding the above and any questions or concerns you might have.
