Tournament Activities Schedule:

1.3. Tournament Administrators

The tournament administrators are Urban Puhek and Samo Zavašnik. Players are required to behave courteously and respectfully towards the administrators. The administrator has the final say in all decisions. In exceptional circumstances, administrators reserve the right to modify or adjust the rules

1.4. Time Management

All participants must be ready for the game at the pre-announced playing times, which may be subject to change. All players must complete a "check-in" before the start of the game; failure to do so will result in disqualification from the tournament.

Tournament rules may be subject to change with the decision of the competition administrator to ensure a better experience for the participants.

In the event that a player is more than 10 minutes late for a match from the scheduled start time, they will be disqualified from the competition. If a player does not respond to the contacts provided at registration, they will be disqualified from the competition after 10 minutes have passed since the scheduled start time. Failure to report an opponent's no-show may result in a delay in the tournament progression, and consequently, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify players who are unresponsive or uncooperative in various parts of the tournament.
