Sunday- September 18th

• Hall decorating and seniors chalk parking spots 3:00-6:00 (grades 9-12)
• Pizza From Happy Joe’s at 6:00

Monday- September 19th

BBQ Dads vs. Soccer Mom’s Day
Dress up as a BBQ dad (aprons, hats, etc.) or as a Soccer mom (sweaters and jeans, etc.)

• Powderpuff 6:00 PM (Grades 9-12)
• Stomp 7:00-9:00 PM(Grades 9-12)-- $5 admission

Tuesday- September 20th

Surfer vs. Farmer Day (Assembly Schedule)
Dress up in farmer gear and hats or wear appropriate beach attire.  Cutoff jeans or bikini tops are not appropriate dresses for the day.

• Drive your tractor to school day
• Donuts 7:30-8:00 AM
• Assembly at 10:15 AM
• Home Volleyball vs. Monticello 4:15 PM
• Cross Country at Vinton-Shellsburg 4:45 PM
• Swimming at Iowa City West 6:00 PM

Wednesday- September 21st

Dress-up Day (Liturgy Schedule)

Dress-up day means students should be in uniform attire or better.  For boys, this means a collared shirt with or without a tie, and for girls dresses/skirts following the dress code guidelines for modesty are allowed—no bare shoulders, skirts/dresses of appropriate length.

• Mass at 10:20 AM
• Wine and Cheese Social–6:30 PM at Football Patio

Thursday- September 22nd

Sports Day (Assembly Schedule)
Each grade will dress in a different sports theme.  Sports-related hats are allowed.   Again, items with appropriate slogans/modest lengths are to be worn. Students should avoid wearing jerseys that would cover shorts or wear shorts/pants of appropriate length.

• Seniors- golf
• Juniors- basketball
• Sophomores- baseball
• Freshman- football
• Junior High- soccer
• Teachers- coaches

• Donuts 7:30-8:00 AM
• Student vs. Staff volleyball 10:15 AM

Friday- September 23rd

Spirit day (1:05 Dismissal Schedule)

Students are to dress in their best Green and Gold or Beckman attire.  Hats are permissible if they are Beckman Catholic hats or green or gold.  Hair coloring and face painting is not permitted during the school day.

• 8:05 Students will report to 1st hour for attendance

• Design/prepare floats 8:10-11:23 AM
• 5th-hour band student will report to class. Will run normal lunch times. Students will either finish up floats or play yard games in the parking lot.
• At 12:36 the band will start playing and lead the student body through the halls and then to the gym.
• Pep Rally 1:00-1:40 PM in Competition Gym
• Parade 2:00 PM
• Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in Auditorium 5:00 PM
• Homecoming Coronation Approximately 6:40 PM at Football Field
• Football game vs. Postville 7:00 PM

Saturday- September 24th

• Mass at St. Francis Xavier Basilica 5:00 PM
• Class Dinners following Mass (Grades 10-12)
• Homecoming Dance at Beckman Catholic Commons 8:00-11:00 PM (Grades 10-12)
