Shiekh Legacy Reward program requires customers to install mobile apps (iOS or Android) and create an account. Once logged in, customer may access Loyalty Card in the app. There, customer may convert Reward Points into store usable coupons. At the RICS POS, store staff may lookup customer using bar-code provided on the Loyalty Card in mobile apps. This will display Reward Point information and any available coupons. Coupons may be selected under the Ticket Payment section and applied to the order.

Card Activation

Once logged in, customer may open Loyalty Card which will automatically proceed to activate and synchronize into RICS POS. If there is an activation issue, system will attempt to activate again, after that customer may retry manually.

Viewing Balance and converting to in-store coupons

Once activate, customer will see their reward balance as well as be able to review program details and redeem points for store coupons. Reward points may be acquired via online and store orders, registering in the system, subscribing to a newsletter, making reviews etc. Detailed information regarding reward points may be found in the “reward points” tab.

Store coupons may be used at the POS for store orders and cannot be used anywhere else in the app or in online store. Store coupon may be created in the app per 250/500/750/1000/1250 reward points which is equal to the $20/40/60/80/100. User may have any quantity of coupons at the same time but the lifetime of the coupon is always 24 hours so it must me used within that amount of time. If the coupon is not used within this timeframe, reward points will be transferred back to the user’s account after 24 hours.

2. In store at POS

In a store, customer will present their loyalty card to be scanned into POS.

Find customer

Barcode may be scanned directly into the lookup field or Customer Lookup popup may be called. There, it is possible to search customer by Account Number (barcode) or by email.

View Reward Summary

Once customer is selected, Reward Information will be presented.

Apply Reward Coupons

In the Ticket Payment section, Apply Coupons option will be displayed only if customer has any reward coupons available.
