2021-2022 學年度註冊須知

Please read through 2021-2022 registration information below.

2021-2022 學年度上學期課程目前計劃是以在線上上課為主。 如果 Bellevue School District 根據華盛頓洲安全啟動協議重新開放校園並願意租借給本校，下學期的課程則可能會改為在學校校區上課。

1. 每位學生須填寫網路註冊單 http://www.tzuchiacademyseattle.org/register
2. 註冊手續完成須具備：

1. 在 5/20/2021前完成網路註冊
2. 在 5/20/2021(以郵戳為憑)前將學費寄至:

費用

• 在校生：總額 $400

  (學費$380，手續費$20, 不含制服。)

1. 如需另購制服，請將費用加入支票總額。長短袖制服每件均為$20。
2. 在校生註冊日期自 4/24/2021至 5/20/2021。
3. 在5/20/2021之後完成註冊手續者，費用總額調整為 $430。

• 新生：總額 $430

(學費$380，新生手續費$50, 含制服一件。)

1. 新生註冊日期自 4/24/2021至 5/20/2021。
2. 若未在5/20/2021前完成註冊手續者，名額將不予保留。
3. 新生報名需在網路註冊系統上傳出生證明正本。

費用支付方式注意事項

• 每位學生開立一張支票(含學費及制服)，若同一個家庭有兩位學生以上，務必各別開立支票支付。

• 支票抬頭請寫：Tzu Chi , 支票左下角請註明學生姓名及現在的就讀年級
• 支票請寄至: Tzu Chi,  P.O. BOX 53503 Bellevue, WA 98015

家庭聯絡資料異動

校方會在 08/21/2021前，以電子郵件寄出 2021-22 學年度「開學通知信」。家長/監護人有責任主動向校方更新聯絡資料，若是資料有異動，請務必儘早通知校方， email 至tcseattleschool@gmail.com更正，以確保收到開學通知信。

制服

本校學生須穿著印有人文學校校徽之上衣制服與深藍色長褲，學生需將頭髮梳理整齊，長髮應該編好髮辮並結上深藍色的髮飾。所有預訂的制服將另行通知領取時間。

退費/休學須知

獎助學金申請

如因經濟因素無法支付全額費用，學生可向學校申請獎助學金，申請辦法請見學校部落格。http://www.tzuchiacademyseattle.org/

學生及家長手冊

完成註冊前請詳讀學生及家長手冊，並同意遵守該手冊內之各項規定，亦瞭解此為註冊程序的必要條件之一，中文版, 增修規定。

校園安全政策

本校使用Bellevue School District校區，學生及家長必須遵守校區的規定，尤其是Exceptional Misconduct Procedure 3241.1P. 完成註冊前請詳讀此程序內容。

家長服務時數

每一位學生的家長服務時數為三小時，在填寫網路註冊單的同時，必需勾選一個上學日 (共三小時) 為家長的志工服務日，主要任務是協助承擔校園安全維護及輔導組的工作，一起協力確保學生在校園的安全，以及上課期間校務運作順暢。凡無法在預選的志工服務日服務時，須事先向輔導組請假，詳細的請假與登錄程序將在開學時行政座談中說明。

服務時數計算，例如:王家有兩個學生就讀, 家長需服務兩個上學日(2x3=6, 共6小時)。

2021-2022 Registration Notice

PLEASE NOTE:  The current plan for the first semester of the Tzu Chi Academy 2021-2022 school year is based on online classes.  If the Bellevue School District (BSD) reopens the campus in accordance with the Washington Safe Start protocols, and is able to rent BSD campus to the Tzu Chi Academy, the 2nd semester courses may return to the school campus.

Registration procedure

      To complete the registration, each student needs to complete the following steps:

1. Per student, submit online registration form http://www.tzuchiacademyseattle.org/register
2. Registration process is deemed complete when both of the following steps are fulfilled:

1. Successfully registered online by 5/20/2021
2. Registrar has received the tuition check, postmarked prior to 5/20/2021, Sent to:

Fees

• Current Students: 

Tuition $380 plus registration fee $20. Total: $400. Not including uniforms.

1. If you need to purchase a new uniform, please add the uniform fee onto the total amount. Each uniform is $20.
2. All current students must complete the registration process between 4/24/2021-5/20/2021.
3. If registration is not completed by 5/20/2021, tuition will be $430.

• New Students:

Tuition $380 plus registration fee $50. Total: $430. Uniform is included.

3. New students need to provide a scanned copy of birth certificate or passport. Parents will be asked to upload the scanned copy during registration.

Payment

• Tuition, registration fee and uniform purchases shall be paid by checks.
• Check title to “Tzu Chi”, please write student’s name and current class on memo line. If your child is a new student, you can simply write “New Student”, along with their name.
• Checks must be made per student (total amount of tuition and uniforms). Students of the same family, please make separate checks for each student.

Contact information changes

A welcome letter from school will be emailed to all families on and after 08/2021. It is the parent's responsibility to notify the school of any new contact information. Please notify school at tcseattleschool@gmail.com by 08/01/2021 to ensure proper delivery of welcome email without a delay.

Dress code

• All students are required to wear the school uniform and dark blue trousers.
• Hair should be neatly combed. Long hair should be braided and tie with navy blue hair tie/clip.
• School uniforms can be ordered at the same time of registration and expected to distribute to all students on the first day of school. School always performs best practice for size exchange.

Financial Aid

Parents & Students Handbook

Please read the Parent/Student handbook carefully and agree to follow the rules stated in the handbook. You understand this is part of the registration requirement. English version & Amendments

School Safety follows Bellevue School District policies, students and parents must follow these policies especially Exceptional Misconduct Procedure 3241.1P. Please read the procedure before you complete registration.

Parent volunteering

To ensure campus security for students’ safety on our school campus, all parents are required to serve on one chosen Saturday (3 hours) per student. For example, if you have two children enrolled in our school, it’s a total 6 hours (3 hours x 2). Parents are obligated to inform school and make best efforts to reschedule service day 7 days ahead of time to fulfill the volunteer hours. If you cannot make your scheduled volunteer time, please contact the school tcseattleschool@gmail.com to reschedule.
