Symposium Location: Fidel Center, 3rd Floor, Ballroom C

April 3rd         Pick up guests from airport, check in at hotel

        

April 4th 

        AM                        Local guests arrive.

        10:00a – 11:00        Setup for talks, check presentations

        11:00a – 12:50p        Lunch and Meet & Greet with Students

        1:00p - 6:00p                Symposium Talks

        6:00p – 7:30p                Dinner at Bodega with GSA and NMT reps

        7:30p  or AM                Drive guests to airport/hotel

                

Guest Information

For local guests coming for the day:

        Free parking on campus – reserved spots near Fidel

For guests coming from out of state:

        A GSA officer or other graduate student will pick you up and drop you off at

                Albuquerque International Airport as well as to/from hotel and campus.

        Accommodations will be at the Holiday Inn Express.

For all guests during the symposium:

        A workspace with outlets, internet and coffee will be provided in Fidel

        

        

Optional things to do:

        Tours of labs involved with renewable energy/sustainability projects

        Mineral Museum in the Bureau
