The Experience
What can I expect at the Purple events?
Purple is the perfect pop night out for young queer people! Come and immerse yourself in the vibrant Purple universe, which defies traditional gender norms and invites you to experience unforgettable nights at legendary clubs like Gibus, The Room, Azard and Heaven! Our resident DJs will keep you dancing all night long with a 100% queer line-up, including drag queens, singers and performers like Nickydoll, Lala Rami, Afida Turner, La Grande Dame, Keiona, and Soa De Muse.

For this first edition, Purple and Heaven are joining forces to offer you a special Eurovision evening with none other than Bilal Hassani, the French pop sensation and a contender for Eurovision 2019.
Where will the experience take place?
At Heaven, Under the Arches, Villiers Street, London, WC2N 6NG.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
The entire experience takes place inside Heaven.
How long does the event last?
The evening lasts 8 hours.
Is the venue air conditioned?
Yes.
Can I take photos during the experience?
Yes.
Will there be food and drinks for sale on site?
Drinks will be on sale at the venue.
Is alcohol allowed?
Alcohol is only prohibited if it is not purchased from the venue. It is obviously prohibited for minors.
Can I smoke or vape?
A smoking room will allow everyone to smoke in peace. Vaping will be allowed in this room only.
Is there a cloakroom or lockers?
There is a cloakroom at the venue.
Are there toilets on site?
Yes.
Will chairs be available during the experiment? Will there be places to sit?
There is an area to sit down.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes. The evening is also an artistic, auditory and visual experience.

What is the minimum age requirement?
Legal age: 18+
How far in advance do I need to arrive at the venue?
Doors will open at the specified time of the event. Don't hesitate to come 10 to 15 minutes in advance to avoid a long queue.
What happens if I arrive late?
Admission is allowed until 3 a.m. - one hour before closing time.
Are animals allowed?
For the sake of our loving companions, no.

Several car parks are located around Heaven. Do not hesitate to plan your visit by consulting their availability online.

Who are the official ticket sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for this experience can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other websites or ticket offices.
What are the different ticket and price options?
A single ticket price is offered: £15.99
What is your refund/exchange policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. Terms and conditions of non-refundability are agreed upon prior to purchase. In specific circumstances, we can help you change your tickets to another date and session, subject to availability. Please contact us for more information. Please remember to provide us with your ticket ID.
Should I print my ticket?
No, your e-tickets will be validated directly from the Fever app.
Do you offer preferential rates for groups?
No.
