West Blocton Miss Cahaba Lily Pageant RULES AND CODE OF CONDUCT AGREEMENT:
19. If at any time during a Cahaba Lily Queen’s reign any justifiable evidence of behavior that the West Blocton Improvement Committee determines to be in violation of any rules or has been involved in conduct the club considers to be not of good moral character she will be removed from her reign and will forfeit her crown, sash and gifts.
20. If at any time a Cahaba Lily Queen has their title revoked the 1st Alternate will then be named the Queen for the remainder of the reign. 22. The West Blocton Improvement Committee reserves the right to combine age groups with less than three contestants.
