  1. Previous customers

  1. How much was raised through your platform?

  1. Holdex platform facilitated several fundraising rounds - Blockpass, Agora, 433 Token amongst the top ones - for a total amount of around 3M USD in ETH. The exact amount is hard to disclose as funds were raised outside Holdex as well and the platform was used as a distribution tool.

  1. What are the main stats about your community?

  1. Funds raised.
A few millions USD - hard to provide an exact number as some contribution where made off-platform but the platform was still used to distribute the tokens purchased.
  2. Holdex Community: 2000+ members.
These are actual users that registered on our platform to come and buy tokens of our previous projects. These users can be notified of new projects via our notification system.
  3. Community including affiliate partners: 300,000+ members
By listing on Holdex, our customers have direct access to our partner's user base of actual token users/potential buyers.
  1. How strong are your relationships with institutional backers?

Meaning: do you have an existing relationship or is it merely a cold intro?

  1. With some VCs and family offices in Asia we have pretty strong relationships. Especially because of that, we only present them with projects that are engaged with us and passed our due diligence process.
  1. How open are you to test first through institutional backers and then see how it goes?

  1. We are open to test with institutional backers only, however this is something we do for customers of our platform. Our customers distribute their tokens via our platform.
  1. Who are your partners who interface with their community?

  1. Community is coming from our previous token sales and partners network, like Blockpass, Infinito Wallet, STASIS wallet, etc. In total around 300k + users.
  1. I had a look on your Twitter and there doesn’t seem to be a large follower-base, so where exactly is the community coming from?

  1. Our social media (SM) accounts are B2B oriented. The main purpose of our SM is to show our "heart beat" to partners and prospects.
We do not entertain end users via our SM.
  1. I can see that there is a possibility to select the targeted community users that we may wish to go after (by past contribution, etc.). Is that correct?

  1. Correct. You manage filtering + you decide whom you would like to whitelist before they can contribute (using “country” attribute, for example).
  1. Is your community in telegram?

  1. No, our community works different. Our community is not just a Telegram users, it is actual token users. Read more here.
  1. Integration with Holdex platform

  1. If we use your smart contract and or modify our own, how would we go about selling it to third-parties that are not registered with Holdex?

  1. Once you mint your token (by yourself or with a help of ours, or other 3rd party), you can transfer portion of your tokens to our smart-contracts (or your smart-contracts which were adopted to API). Another portion you can keep or transfer to other 3rd party for distribution.
  1. Is registration through your platform a must?

  1. The registration with Holdex is a must if you drive your users to buy or distribute your token through our platform (under your subdomain, for example: https://token.your-domain.com)
  1. Does your platform support multi-sign wallets?

  1. Yes.
  1. Why does a DNS entry need to be made?

  1. Because we set up the platform with your branding under your subdomain, for example: token@virtualrehab.co
  2. To clarify: beside DNS configuration (which is done under your sub-domain, not main one) and collection of information about your company for due diligence purposes you do not need to do much of technical integration.
  1. Who owns the private keys for your smart contract?

  1. You own it.
  1. What does Holdex Token distribution smart contract do?

Holdex Token distribution smart contract contains the logic that distributes the funds to the token issuer and the tokens to the contributors as each transaction happens.

  1. Does Holdex allow to get the funds received automatically converted to another currency, for example USDT, and/or how does it handle the conversion from say ETH/BTC into a USD equivalent (or USDT)?
  1. Holdex does not at this stage automatically convert the funds collected to another currency. The token issuer will need to handle the conversion on his own.
  1. Expectations

  1. How much token sale we may expect through your platform?

  1. How confident you are in your success (in comparison with other projects on the market)? Meaning, a lot depends on how strong is your product.
  1. We are looking for IEO on top exchange. Do you have some?

  1. We have connections with exchanges. We can help you. Contact us for more details.
  1. On-boarding

  1. What’s the process to join our IUA?

  1. It is very simple. Can be done within 1-2 days. Contact us and we will tell you more.
  1. Do you provide a SAFT template that outlines the specific terms of an offer through the Holdex platform?

  1. The SAFT agreement sets the terms between each project and its contributors and is not specific to the platform. We therefore do not provide any SAFT agreement template and recommend issuers to seek legal or compliance advice for drafting their token purchase terms.
  1. Commercial

  1. What is your proposition?

  1. How much does it cost to access your community?

  1. Read here.
  1. How do you make sure that you do not charge commission in the case when we bring our own users?

I.e.: A community member discovers the project via a different channel than Holdex but uses the same wallet address as the one he has on Holdex.

  1. We do not track user only based on their public wallet address. We track them using a special cookie. Meaning, if the user discovers the campaign via our channel we will set a special code, which will let us identify this user as a “referral”.
  1. How can you help with private sale?

  1. Via our platform we can connect you to a community of actual token buyers (more than 300,000 if we include our affiliate partner network). Some of our community members have contirbuted a good amounts - you can see how it works here https://support.holdex.io/article/64-holdex-backer-community-contributions
  1. Can you provide me with some stats about your platform?

  1. Funds raised: a few millions USD - hard to provide an exact number as some contribution where made off-platform but the platform was still used to distribute the tokens purchased.
