After talking to hundreds of women and working with renowned designers, we created everyday bras that match a woman’s real needs —including the needs of her bank account. We built a shopping experience that removes the middlemen and offers Free Home Try-Ons of our 3 core styles. Because of this, we are able to provide higher quality products, made by women and for women, at half the price.

Are you metrics-driven (decreasing CAC should be as exciting to you as happy hour - maybe more)?  Are you energized by a good A/B test and do you enjoy thinking creatively about launching new marketing channels? Do you love a good pun?

Harper Wilde is seeking a growth-focused marketer to build and manage customer acquisition across several channels. In this role, you will use a deep understanding of who our customer is to grow our customer base via paid and unpaid efforts, primarily on digital channels. You’ll track metrics on a weekly, daily, and monthly basis to make sure we are hitting targets, while also learning what works for our brand along the way. You will be responsible for ensuring that our brand messaging and positioning is consistent across all channels, as well as targeted to each core segment.  

We have proven product-market fit, and are looking for a marketer who is motivated by the idea of building a scalable growth engine from the ground-up.  You must be comfortable and excited by working as an individual contributor at the start (amongst a collaborative, highly-motivated, highly-punny team), and should also be excited by the opportunity to grow a brand from (nearly) scratch.
