All of you who visit the Signs I/O website (the “Website”) and use each service on the Website (“you”) agree to all the provisions of these Signs I/O’s Site Policies (these “Policies”) before using the Website. If you are less than eighteen (18) years old, you will use the Website and each service provided on the Website (the “Service”) with the consent of your parent or guardian.
These Policies will apply to any and all agreements between you and General Incorporated Association Shikaku (“us”) which operates the Website. If you do not agree to these Policies, you must stop using and accessing the Website at once.

- The Website is designed for providing sign language resources and know-how of learning sign language as well as videos and seminars related to sign language and such know-how for the Members who are registered with the Website. For purposes of these Policies, the term “Members” means the users who are registered with the Service.
- You agree to access the Website and use the Service solely at your own risk.
- We will make efforts to ensure that any and all information including articles and images provided on the Website (the “Content”) is always accurate and up to date, however, we make no warranty regarding the accuracy, recency, legality or authenticity of the Content.
- When you use or utilize the Content, you will be responsible and liable for any and all consequences that may result from such use or utilization. We will not assume any responsibility or liability for such consequences.
- Even if there is any defect or false or other factually inaccurate information in the Content, we will not assume any responsibility or liability except for the responsibility and liability to correct such defect or information.
- We will not assume any responsibility or liability regarding no unauthorized access, no unauthorized acquisition of information or data, absence of viruses or other malware, or absence of information, images or expressions, which may be unpleasant to the public, on any website operated by a third party that is linked to the Website.
- Other terms and conditions, guidelines for use, instructions and other rules made available by us on the Website and when providing the Service (including the Privacy Policy, collectively, the “Guidelines and Other Rules”) constitute and supplement these Policies, respectively.
- The Japan standard time (GMT+9:00) is the standard time for these Policies and the Guidelines and Other Rules, and when providing the Service on the Website.

- If you breach these Policies or the Guidelines and Other Rules on the Website or violate the provisions of the laws and regulations, you will be required to compensate for any and all damage caused to us or a third party as a result of your breach or violation at your own risk and cost.

- Any and all copyrights in or to the Content will belong to us or the copyright owner who has provided information or other data.
- You are not allowed to do any of the following acts against articles, images, videos, programs or other materials on the Website without our prior approval:
- creating a large number of copies beyond the personal use;
- distribution or delivery to a third party;
- use beyond the personal use;
- reprinting on magazines, blogs, auction sites, free market apps or websites;
- distribution to the public including uploading on the Internet; or
- any other act that infringes our copyrights or other rights.
Article 4. Preparation of Equipment and Other Resources
- You must appropriately install and operate any and all equipment, means of communications, software and other resources necessary for using the Website and the Service at your own risk and cost.
- You agree in advance that communication costs, packet communication fees and other costs and expenses necessary for connecting to the Website may be charged when using the Website or the Service and also agree to bear any and all such communication costs, fees and expenses.

- We never collect personal information from you through the Website, however, this will not apply if you provide us with personal information when you register with the Website as a Member or send inquiries or other communications to us.

You can reject the collection by us of such information by disabling cookies using the prescribed method. You agree that you will disable cookies or otherwise change your cookie settings at your own risk. We will not be responsible or liable for any damage or other loss incurred by you as a result of disabling cookies.
Article 6. Notification
- We will notify you of any important information on the operation of the Website or other information by posting it on the Website or other methods deemed appropriate by us.
- Any notification made by posting on the Website will be deemed to have been given at the time when such notification is posted on the Website.
- We will consider that you have accepted the notification on the date of such notification unless you raise any objection.
Article 7. Interruption and Termination of Website and Service
- We reserve the right to interrupt all or part of the Website and the Service if any act of God, hacking attack, communications failure or other cause beyond our control occurs, maintenance or other services are performed for the system or server for providing the Website and the Service, or such interruption is deemed necessary by us. For clarity, notwithstanding Article 7.2, we reserve the right to terminate the Website or the Service without notifying you if we are of the opinion that the ongoing provision of service is difficult due to the continuance of such cause.
- We reserve the right to terminate all or part of the Website and the Service by notifying you at least one (1) month prior to such termination. Such notification will be posted on the Website.
- We will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly caused to you or a third party as a result of interruption or termination of the Website and the Service.
Article 8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
- These Policies and the Guidelines and Other Rules will be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan in all respects without reference to any conflict of law rules.
- You agree in advance that the Tokyo District Court of Japan will be the court of first instance having jurisdiction over any dispute and other issue arising out of or in connection with these Policies and the Guidelines and Other Rules.
Article 9. Revision of Policies
- We reserve the right to revise these Policies without notifying you in advance.
- We can revise and complete the revision of these Policies by posting the revised terms and conditions on the Website.
- You agree to review these Policies each time you use the Website. You also agree that we can consider that you have reviewed and accepted the revision of these Policies when you visit the Website and browse or use multiple pages on the Website after the revision of these Policies.
